Sporting various swings and slides for all ages, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, a pickleball court (coming soon), one large and one small shelter house with picnics tables, all nestled together next to one of our established ballfields and city swimming pool. The City offers first-come first serve, 24 hour/overnight camping in our park. Due to various events and ball games throughout the summer, please be aware there may not be space in the park available. If the park is open, we would like to ask our overnight guests to park on the East side of the park, do not drive on the grass, and be respectful of the facilities by cleaning up after yourself and your pets. Christmas events in Quinter, Kansas! CITY CHRISTMAS PARTY: Sunday before Christmas Quinter High School The City of Quinter hosts a Community Christmas Party in December each year at Quinter High School. We serve a free meal of chili and cinnamon rolls and set up fun games and activities for the kids to enjoy. At the end of the night, we have gift drawings for all ages.
